Texas Club Soccer League Launches for the 2023/2024 Season

On April 21, 2023, US Club Soccer publicly announced its newly formed Texas Club Soccer League. Focused in the north Texas region, nine clubs will join the National Premier League (NPL) as a new member league which will kick off during the 2023/2024 season.

The new league will provide additional opportunities for boys and girls U13-U19. The following clubs are inaugural members of the league:

  • Avanti Soccer Academy
  • BVB International Academy Texas
  • Dallas Surf SC
  • FC Dallas
  • Kernow Storm FC
  • North Texas Celtic FC
  • Renegades SC
  • Solar SC
  • Sting SC

Starting in the fall, the soccer clubs above will compete for qualification to the 2024 NPL Finals, which will be held in July in Denver, Colorado. From there, the top teams will then compete against 17 other regional NPL member leagues throughout the country for championships.

The league’s main objective is to provide a high-quality soccer experience through collaboration with other leagues. At the same time, still adopting the Player First philosophy established by US Club Soccer.

For teams involved, the Texas Club Soccer League should provide more competition among the teams involved. From a US Club Soccer perspective, the new league will be a great compliment to the ECNL Regional League in north Texas.
