U15 & U16 USWNT July 2025 Training Camp

The U.S. Under-16 and Under-15 Girls’ National Teams are heading to California for a week-long training camp that could shape the future of American soccer.
TL;DR:
Building Tomorrow’s Champions
These camps build the teams for future World Cups. All 48 players could play in the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. But more likely, they’ll form the core teams for 2026 and 2027.
Stella Spitzer stands out. She’s only 15 but already played professional soccer with Carolina Ascent FC last season.
The Training Camp Experience
The camps run July 24-31 at Dignity Health Sports Park. Both teams will scrimmage once during the week.
This follows the U.S. Soccer philosophy – creating more chances for young players to reach the senior national team.
Fresh Faces Get Their Shot
Most players going to California weren’t on the recent Europe trips. The U-16 team only has 11 players from their Netherlands adventure. The U-15 squad has just seven players from their European tour.
This means lots of fresh talent gets to show what they can do!
