Four Clubs Earn Promotion to ECNL Boys North Atlantic Conference

The ECNL recently announced four new additions to the Boys North Atlantic Conference for the 2025-26 season: Delaware FC, Philadelphia Ukrainians, PSA Monmouth, and South Jersey Elite Barons. With these clubs, the conference expands to 12 teams.
“These four clubs are perfect examples of our proven pathway,” said ECNL Boys Commissioner Jason Kutney. “Each demonstrated their quality over multiple seasons in the Regional League, showing our commitment to merit-based opportunities.”
New Clubs Joining ECNL North Atlantic Conference
- Delaware FC (Hockessin, DE) reached the Regional League Finals as national runners-up in 2024 (U13) and currently leads their division this season.
- Philadelphia Ukrainians (North Wales, PA) are the reigning U15 Regional League National Champions with their U16 team currently leading their division.
- PSA Monmouth (Tinton Falls, NJ) won the U18/19 East Playoffs last season and has their U17 team currently in first place.
- South Jersey Elite Barons (Pitman, NJ) advanced two teams to the Regional League Finals in 2024, with their U14s and U18/19s currently leading their divisions.
All four clubs have proven themselves through consistent ECNL Regional League performance and are ready to compete at the highest level of youth soccer next season.
