Fall 2024 MLS NEXT Talent ID Locations
In an effort to identify top young talent, MLS NEXT will host Talent ID Events in the following locations:
- August 21, 2024: Denver, CO
- September 23, 2024: New York, NY
- October 4, 2024: San Diego, CA
- October 25, 2024: San Antonio, TX
- November 15, 2024: Orlando, FL
These events will give the opportunity to talented young players to showcase their skills in front of coaches and scouts in their area.
This is an invite-only event. To qualify, a player must…
- Born between 2011-2014
- Utilize aiScout
Players will complete a series of drills within the aiScout app. The top players will get an invitation to one of the five Talent ID Events.
Will these events get you placed on an MLS NEXT team? Not for the fall season. It could set you up for the spring or the 2024/2025 season. If invited, these types of events will get your name in front of coaches which can prove valuable down the road.
