ECNL Boys Conference Cup

The ECNL Boys have recently announced the launch of the ECNL Boys Conference Cup, which will take place from July 31, 2023 to August 4, 2023, in Chula Vista, CA. This is the first event of its kind and should be a great opportunity for the talented players who are invited to play.

About ECNL Boys Conference Cup

This is a great opportunity for top players within the ECNL Selection Program. The tournament will feature approximately 90 of the best U16-U18 boys players from across the United States, divided into six different teams for a mini-game competition over three days.

• Team 1: Northeast & Mid-Atlantic
• Team 2: Southeast & Florida
• Team 3: Midwest & Ohio Valley
• Team 4: Northern Cal & Northwest
• Team 5: Texas & Heartland
• Team 6: Mountain & Southwest

Each team will be composed of players from two different ECNL Boys Conferences, geographically linked to represent different areas of the country. The top teams from each bracket will compete in the championship game to be crowned as the 2023 Conference Cup Champion!

The ECNL Conference Cup will replace the former ECNL National Training Camp, as the league is trying to evolve and provide the best environment possible for elite players. In addition, the boy’s expenses are covered throughout the event.

Team Rosters & Selection Process

The team rosters are not announced yet but will be made public in the near future. We’ll provide an update as soon as we hear.

The players were selected by ECNL player identification staff through a combination of scouting and recommendations based on performances over the past season, including games in National Selection Games throughout the 2022/2023 ECNL National Events.
