As a side note – when shopping for cleats, you’ll notice some descriptions have “Firm Ground” or “FG”. This is the type of cleat you want if your child is playing on turf or grass.

This is the newest version of the Goletto soccer cleat above. There's not a big change from the previous version. It comes in a great looking pink and blue!

The Adidas Goletto VIII
Similarly to the previous version above, these are affordable, durable, and comfortable.
The previous version does come in more color patterns but you can’t go wrong with pink or blue.

The Nike Tiempo Legend 9 is a great style of soccer cleat for boys and girls.
These cleats are designed to provide superior traction and support on turf or grass. Kids will be able to sprint and make quick cuts during practices and games.
We’ve found that Nike is ideal for players who have narrower feet. They fit nice and snug to a kid’s feet, which provides more mobility.
If you have a young player in a competitive soccer program, these cleats are a great option. You can’t go wrong especially if you are loyal to Nike.
