Adam Beaudry Signs Homegrown Contract with Colorado Rapids
The Colorado Rapids have announced the signing of 17-year-old talented goalkeeper Adam Beaudry to a Homegrown Player contract with an option for two additional years.
Beaudry has been with the Rapids Academy since 2018 and has played for the U-17 and U-19 teams. The signing is a testament to the team’s commitment to developing young talent and securing the future of the club.
Beaudry is a promising young goalkeeper with a bright future ahead of him. He has impressed the Rapids coaching staff with his work ethic and commitment to learning, and they believe he has the potential to become a top-level goalkeeper in the future.
Beaudry is a goalkeeper who stands at 6’2″. He is known for his quick reflexes, shot-stopping ability, and command of his area. Beaudry is also comfortable with the ball at his feet and is able to distribute it accurately and efficiently.
The Rapids have a history of developing young talent and allowing them to succeed, and Beaudry is the latest example of this commitment to youth development.
The Rapids currently have two goalkeepers on their current roster:
- William Yarbrough: 2023 Season – Played 20 Games and Had 7 Clean Sheets
- Marko Ilic: 2023 Season – Played 13 Games and Had 2 Clean Sheets
With his talent and potential, he could become a key player for the team in the years to come and help lead them to success on the field.
