Young Talents Hit SoCal for U14 USYNT Boys’ West Region Camp

U.S. Soccer’s first regional mini-camp of 2025 is bringing 80 talented boys (born in 2011) to Chula Vista from February 27 to March 3. Garrett Biller and Roberto Gimenez will lead the event, with players coming from across the West region – Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington.
The players are divided into four teams of 20 representing different sub-regions. Similar camps will follow in Atlanta and Texas this spring.

We love how the U14 TID Program works to discover promising talent while building the foundation for the U15 National Team. These camps introduce “The U.S. Way” playing philosophy early on, plus teach crucial off-field skills like nutrition and recovery.
The regional format smartly minimizes travel time for these young students. It also helps develop U.S. Soccer’s scouting network, as scouts serve as assistant coaches, strengthening connections between the federation and local clubs.
