Selections were made following the conclusion of the 2024-25 MLS NEXT regular season and the 2025 MLS NEXT Cup, with eligibility based on participation in league play or premier events such as MLS NEXT Fest, Flex, Generation adidas Cup, or MLS NEXT Cup Playoffs.
Who’s Coaching Both Sides?
Orlando City academy director Javier Carrillo will coach the East squad after guiding his club to a Generation adidas Cup title earlier this year. The West will be led by Austin FC U16 head coach Jason Shackell, who helped his team reach deep into multiple tournaments this season.
